Bursar's Office FAQ

  • The Bursar’s Office will not be open during this time as staff will be working remotely. The best way to contact us is by phone at (860) 465-5255 or email at bursar@easternct.edu. Staff will be available to answer your questions Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • While the staff will continue processing mail-in payments, we highly recommend that you pay online to avoid delays. Go to Eastern’s homepage and click on Current Students. Select eWeb then navigate to your student account where you can make online payments. Eastern accepts ACH payments from your bank account, debit card payments and most major credit card payments, subject to a 2.85 percent convenience fee.

  • Financial aid and refunds will be processed on our normal schedule during the week before the first day of classes. We highly recommend students set up direct deposit for their refunds as all refund checks will be mailed to student home addresses. To set up eRefund, go to your eWeb and navigate to your student account. Select the Electronic Refunds in the top menu and follow the prompts.

  • We will be printing and mailing the IRS form 1098T as we normally do during the month of January. The form will also be available to view online on your eWeb account.
