Congratulations on your admission to Eastern!

The following check list is offered to help you plan and prepare for your enrollment at Eastern. We hope that it will help ensure a smooth transition to our university community this fall. Incoming Part-Time Check List


  • If you have not met with an advisor, contact the Advising Center at (860) 465-4526 to schedule an appointment to register for courses.

    If you are interested in the Groton sites, call (860) 446-9457 or the Subase (860) 445-0333
  • Your Eastern email account will be used to convey important information regarding incoming student programs, placement testing, financial aid, and registration. Activate your account immediately.
  • Submit official transcript(s) for any transfer credit course work

    This may include AP, TechPrep, and college or university- level classes taken in high school.
  • Log onto eWeb Online Services to view your transfer credit evaluation

    You will also be able to check grades, view your transcript, add and drop classes, display your class schedule, and review your financial aid status through your eWeb account.

  • Please go to www.easternct.edu/health-services/ for the required health forms and insurance waiver information. Be sure to review the "Five Things You Need to Read" form.
  • Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid, if applying for financial aid

    FAFSA completion preference date for the Fall: March 1, for the Spring: November 15. For more information, contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@easternct.edu or visit www.easternct.edu/financial-aid/

  • Check the Math and Writing Placement Information to make sure you have appropriate Math and English placement.
  • Visit the department of Advising Center for additional information.
