This copy has two title pages: one "Written by the Right Honble Anne, Countess of Winchilsea" and with an imprint ending "and John Morphew near Stationers-Hall" [i.e. ESTC N34986?], and another "Written by a Lady" and omitting Morphew from the imprint [i.e. ESTC T94540?]. ESTC indicates that N34986 is likely a re-issue with a variant titlepage.
