I’m an Associate Professor in the English Department at Eastern Connecticut State University, where I’ve taught since 2004. I specialize in (mostly) British literature of the Restoration and eighteenth century (ca. 1660-1800), though I’ve been known to venture outside of that territory in my teaching. These pages offer a bit of information about what I’m up to lately.
If you’re looking for my CV, it's available from the link in the sidebar to the right, under my picture.
You might also be looking for Eighteenth-Century Book Tracker, the site I edit.
If you’re a student at Eastern, you might have a look at my Teaching page, where you’ll find out about the classes I usually teach and find sample syllabi from past semesters.
If you need to get in touch with me, I can be reached at:
Please note I am on sabbatical for the 2011-12 academic year. If you need to get in touch with me, email is your best bet (though it may take me a while to get back to you). Students with questions should contact the English department office at (860) 465-4570.
