Grading Policy

Your final grade will be the average of your overall grade from each half of the course (Adams/Szczys).

Within each part, the lecture and lab grades will each count for half. You must pass both the lecture and laboratory components to pass the course

Lectures grades will be the average from all exams and quizzes, whether in class or as assignments.

Lab grades will be based on writing (50%), exams and quizzes, answers to questions and overall lab performance.

Note: your final grade may be reduced for infractions of class policies
