ENERGY STAR® is a government-backed program helping businesses and individuals protect the environment through superior energy efficiency. For the home, business, or any other type of building, ENERGY STAR provides ways to reduce energy use, which reduces energy bills and protects the environment. The Institute for Sustainable Energy(ISE) is an ENERGY STAR partner and was selected National ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year in 2004 for excellence in energy education. ISE supports government agencies and communities in identifying opportunities to target conservation projects that help inefficient buildings through benchmarking.
