Bill is the Chief Operating Officer of the Institute for Sustainable Energy at Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU). He holds a BS and MS in Industrial Education from Central Connecticut State University and a MS in Business from Rensselaer. He earned a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Sustainable Development Manager (CSDM) from the Association of Energy Engineers and is a LEED Accredited Profession from the US Green Building Council. Leahy has forty years of experience in public education and/or energy management.

In 2002, Leahy was appointed Director at the Institute for Sustainable Energy at Eastern Connecticut State University. Institute is the recipient of the 2004 National Energy Star Partnership Award for Community Leadership in Energy Education from the US Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency, as well as numerous recognitions from regional and state organizations.

	Laurel is responsible for energy education-related projects at the Institute, including curriculum development and delivery, coordination of workshops, conferences, and education outreach. Laurel holds an AS in Nursing, a BGS in Environmental Earth Science from ECSU, and a MA in Teaching from Sacred Heart University.

Laura holds a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Liverpool, a PGCE in Secondary Education from Edge Hill University, a MSc in Secondary Education from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a MSc in Geography: Global Sustainability from Central Connecticut State University. Laura is a certified teacher in the United Kingdom and Connecticut. She is responsible for energy education-related projects at the Institute, including curriculum development and delivery, coordination of workshops, conferences, and education outreach.

Mimi holds a BSc in Environmental Earth Science with a Minor in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University. Mimi has been awarded the Geomorphology and Senior Academic Excellence awards by Eastern's Earth Science Department 2011-2012.

ISE also employs, trains, and provides supervised job experience to student interns from the Environmental Earth Science, Biology, Business, Political Science and Graphic Design departments at the University.

The Institute also selects, hires, and directs the activities of consultants and contractors in order to complete some of our studies and projects.
