Secretary - 2010-2012
John Bazin For the last three years, I have had the privilege of serving as Secretary for the Eastern Chapter. During that time, it was always my hope to keep membership aware of current issues and activities. In 2007, I developed and implemented the SUOAF web site (http://www.easternct.edu/suoaf) in an effort for the membership to have all of the information that they need at their disposal. It was also my hope to keep membership aware of our successes and the great work that everyone does within the unit does to make the state of Connecticut better. I hope that this "one-stop shopping" experience for members will grow in the years to come. We are in the midst of serious and challenging times. The essence for a successful Secretary is open communication with its constituents. I look forward to continuing the work that needs to be done on behalf of the union and most of all, for you. |
