As the Division of Student Affairs at Eastern Connecticut State University, we strive to foster a cultured sense of awareness amongst our students. Through promoting public awareness, civic engagement, inclusion, healthy lifestyle choices and intercultural sensitivity, we enlighten and broaden our students’ understanding of diversity and multicultural understanding.  As we strengthen our co-curricular education, as a community, we work collectively with members of the faculty and staff to provide a well-rounded, co-curricular experience optimizing student learning.

For the 2012-13 Academic Year, the Division has chosen the theme: “Strengthening Social Justice: Your Awareness. Your Plan. Your Response.”  Social Justice encourages and inspires our student body to raise its consciousness and work together for the advancement of communities we share.
