Ice Hockey Club

Special Note: Any interested student interested in participating in this club sport must first follow the Procedure for Annual Sports Physical Screenings. If using an off-campus health provider for the mandatory sports physical, the following Sports Physical Form will need to be submitted to Heath Services prior to any participation. If the student is interested in obtaining a sports physical with Health Services, the following timeline will be utilized.

MISSION

To inform and educate students about the different aspects of the game of ice hockey as well as provide a safe way for students to play the game of ice hockey. As a student club of the Eastern community, the Ice Hockey Club is to provide a fun and safe way for students to engage in the game of ice hockey and compete with other schools in a professional manner both on and off campus.
