To witness the Lord Jesus Christ as God incarnated and to seek to lead others to personal faith in Christ. To help Christians grow towards maturity as Disciples of Christ by study of the Bible, prayer, worship, and Christian fellowship. To present the call of God to the world mission of the Church; to help students and faculty discover God's role for them. To contribute to the educational, cultural, and social climate of Eastern by developing healthy human relationships, pursuing opportunities for social justice, encouraging the development of educational, personal and vocational skills, and appreciating and promoting diversity in our membership as well as reaching out to all races and denominations. |
