Eastern’s summer bridge program, referred to as STEP/CAP, is an opportunity for students ready to jump start their college career. This six-week academic program is designed to prepare students for the rigors of college coursework. The program is an alternate admissions opportunity that provides access and freshman year support to qualified students.

Students will receive college credits for the courses after successful completion of the summer program. Throughout the program, students will receive individualized academic support, and instruction on writing, time management, test preparation, and public speaking skills.
