Tip for viewing non-Western fonts (e.g., Chinese characters) on Internet Explorer

If you see empty squares or garbled font on your page, your browser is probably not set up to view non-Western fonts. To fix it try the following:

Go to the View menu and highlight Encoding. Select the appropriate language
