Welcome to J. Eugene Smith Library Internet Reference Services This Service can provide brief factual answers to specific questions. We can also provide a list of Internet-related, electronic or print library resources for more complex questions. How to use Internet Reference Service? Please fill out the Reference Form The reference staff reads Internet Reference Service mail once a day. We will send an e-mail message to you as soon as possible notifying you that your question has been accepted. Our answers will be sent to you within two days. If the question is beyond the scope of this service we recommend that you come in and speak with a reference librarian when the library is open. Archiving We will be keeping an archive of questions and answers in order to build up a Frequently Asked Questions Database. All personal information will be removed from these questions.
