Selecting
BOOKS or ARTICLES below will allow you to fill out an Interlibrary
Loan Form which will be submitted to the ECSU ILL Office. Paper forms
are located at the Reference Desk.

Loan PoliciesMaterials
not available at ECSU can be secured from other libraries through the
Interlibrary Loan service. Computer access to the holdings of other
libraries, through the library's membership in consortia such as OCLC/NELINET,
CONSULS, and ReQuest, provides for rapid interlibrary loan service for
books and journal articles the library does not own. Photocopies are
$.10/page. Additional fees charged by the lending library must also
be paid by the patron. Community borrowers with public cards must utilize
their town libraries to obtain interlibrary loan services.

How to Submit a RequestBefore
filling out an ILL form or a Web Form, please be sure to check the ECSU
collection. We will not process any request for books or journal articles
that are part of our collection. Books found at CCSU, SCSU, or WCSU
are requested directly from CONSULS.

DeliveryPatrons will be notified by telephone when books or journal articles arrive. Interlibrary Loan books and journal articles may be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Further InformationPlease contact the ILL Dept. for further assistance. Telephone (860) 465-4462.
