If you are using one of the ECSU databases to find articles and don’t see a link to the full text, click on “Article Linker”. This will help lead you to the full text or let you know it is a good time to use our Interlibrary Loan.

In the order of preference,
links to the full text of articles include:

If PDF Full Text or HTML Full Text are not available and you see “Check Article Linker for more information”, click on this link to see if there is access to the full text or if Interlibrary Loan/ILLiad should be used

Article Linker lead us to our database “Science Direct”. Note the coverage range 1997 – present and always choose the link that is the farthest to the left. In this case, choose the “Article” link. This will bring you to the full text.

Click on the “Article” link to access the full text of the article via CrossRef:

Click on the “Journal” link to access the full text of the article and be directed to the publisher’s Web site. In this case below, IEEE Computer Society:

The only time to use the Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) service is when we do not have access to the full text of an article from our databases, online, or when we do not have the material available at the J. Eugene Smith Library or the other CSU Libraries.
