Description

NYPL Digital Gallery provides free, searchable access to over 376,000 images digitized from primary sources and printed rarities in the collections of The New York Public Library, including illuminated manuscripts, historical maps, vintage posters, rare prints and photographs, illustrated books, printed ephemera, and more.

Every collection links to a guide, collection contents, and related subjects.  The database allows storage of up to 50 selections for later viewing.
