Transcript Requests

Transcript Requests

Eastern Connecticut State University now offers the ability to obtain official transcripts in an electronic format (eTranscript). Current and former students can request official eTranscripts to be sent to other educational institutions, potential employers, or any other place of their choosing.

Requesting an eTranscript is the most efficient way to obtain your record. All eTranscripts must be requested online.

Most requests will be processed within 24 hours.

Current and Recent Students
Students who have been issued an Eastern ID number and PIN should log in to eWeb, navigate to Student Services – Student Records – Request Official Transcript. If you do not remember your Eastern ID number or PIN, please use the online help information available on the eWeb sign-in screen. Both eTranscript and paper transcripts can be requested using eWeb.

Former Students
Students who have not been issued an Eastern ID or who don’t remember their ID number,  please click the “Former Students Login” button below to create or access your online account. Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner. Please note that additional processing time may be necessary for those students who attended Eastern prior to 1989.

Both eTranscripts and paper transcripts can be requested using this method.

Transcript Request Form (7 – 10 business days)
(Currently 10 business days due to high volume of requests)

If you do not wish to utilize the online transcript request you can still obtain a paper copy of your transcript by filling out the transcript request form and mailing, faxing or emailing it in as an attachment. You cannot obtain an eTranscript using the transcript request form.

There are no charges for transcripts.

If you wish to have your electronic transcript sent to Eastern Connecticut State University from another institution please send it to registrar@easternct.edu.
