Extended and Non-Standard Day Classes:
1. Use the class meeting time most fully covered (i.e., TR 4:00-5:15 p.m., use exam period for classes meeting TR 3:30-4:45 p.m.)
2. One day-a-week classes beginning at 4:00 p.m. Your exam period is 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on your regularly scheduled day.


Evening Classes:
1. One day-a-week classes beginning at 5:00 p.m. or later, exams will be held in the regularly scheduled classroom location and at the regularly scheduled time and day, during exam week.
2. Two day-a-week classes scheduled 5:30-6:45 p.m.; your exam period is 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on either regularly scheduled day, during exam week. (day determined by instructor) Two day-a-week classes scheduled 7:00-8:15 p.m.; your exam period is 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on either regularly scheduled day, during exam week. (day determined by instructor)


Saturday Classes:
Final exams will be held on May 12 in the regularly scheduled classroom location and at the regularly scheduled time.
Off-Campus Classes: Final exams will be held in the regularly scheduled classroom location and at the regularly scheduled time and day, during exam week.


Final Examination Statement: University policy states that, “No examinations shall be given during the final week of scheduled classes of a full semester course.” Examinations are to be given only as indicated in the above schedule. Faculty must receive prior approval from the Vice President of Academic Affairs in order to schedule an examination during the final week of classes.


Notice: Faculty may, with approval from the Academic Vice President in consultation with the Academic Dean and Registrar, hold a single exam session for all sections of the same course. Students will be notified of the exam date, time and place on the course syllabus.
