Saturday Classes:

Final exams will be held on December 15, 2012 in the regularly scheduled classroom location and at the regularly scheduled time.

Off-Campus Classes:

Final exams will be held in the regularly scheduled classroom location and at the regularly scheduled time and day during exam week.

Contingency Plan Due to Inclement Weather:

Exams scheduled for any of the following dates: December 12-15, will be rescheduled for Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the same time and place.

Exams scheduled for the any of the following dates: December 17-18, will be rescheduled for Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the same time and place.

Final Examination Statement:

University policy states that, "No examination shall be given during the final week of scheduled classes of a full semester course." Examinations are to be given only as indicated in the above schedule. Faculty must receive prior approval from the Vice-President of Academic Affairs in order to schedule an examination during the final week of classes.

Notice:

Faculty may, with approval from the Vice-President of Academic Affairs in consultation with the Academic Dean and Registrar, hold a single exam session for all sections of the same course. Students will be notified of the exam date, time, and place on the course syllabus.
