The Pride Center believes in the promotion of a more socially just world, fueled by radical self-love and community engagement. Our center actively works to create a campus culture that acknowledges and values diverse gender identities, gender expressions, and sexualities through educational outreach, community building, and providing access to resources. Here students can navigate the path of self-exploration, intersectionality, and agency in a supportive environment.

The Pride Center is located on the first floor of the Student Center (Room 108G). The center is part of the Arthur L. Johnson Unity Wing, which also includes the Intercultural Center and Women’s Center.

The Arthur L. Johnson Unity Wing

Pride Center, Intercultural Center and Women’s Center. Located on the ground floor of the Student Center. The Unity Wing’s three centers are designated spaces for students to develop and embrace their diverse identities.

Women's Center

The Women’s Center is a safe space that supports the personal growth and intellectual development of students and staff by examining gender relations in today’s society. Women's Center

The Intercultural Center provides services that embrace and celebrate cultures and identities in support of cultural awareness and inclusion at Eastern. Intercultural Center

Cultural Celebrations

Speakers, performances and other celebrations promote awareness, civic engagement, inclusion, healthy lifestyle choices and cultural sensitivity, supporting students’ personal growth and enrichment. Cultural Celebrations
