Please write 1 ˝ to 2 pages examining the results obtained using the training evaluation instrument the class developed. Consider the following questions:

2. What were the strengths and weaknesses of the appraisal process you developed? (class members do appraisal on group performance, no peer input, all receive same grade)
3. Bottom line: Do you believe the evaluation instrument and process you developed resulted in fair and accurate grades? Why or why not?
Below are the data from the rating sheets you submitted. I threw out one response, which used a “yes/no” scale rather than the 5-point scale in the instrument. Using the rest of the ratings, I calculated an average rating for each group, giving equal weight to each question.
