This exam will be an open-book problem-oriented exam for students who have missed more than one class assignment. This exam will consist of 10 problems requiring calculations. These problems will be drawn form the material covered in Assignments 1-9 and 11.

The score from this exam will be averaged with the score from your assignments to compute a new assignment grade. If this exam does not raise your assignment grade, it will not count.

This exam will also raise the class participation grade for students who have missed classes or have not participated in class discussions.

To prepare for this exam, review all course assignments.
