To download files to your video iPOD ...
On a PC: right-mouse click & "Save Target As .." to your computer, then move file to video folder in iTunes, update iPOD
On a MAC: right-mouse or control-click and "Download Linked File" to your computer, then move file to video folder in iTunes, update iPODD

If you want to try and download files to your phone, they are given in three different formats. I am not sure which is most likely to work.
