The Urban Ecologist
Project Wonderwise is a nationally-acclaimed, award-winning program that highlights the research of ecologists in a variety of ecosystems in order to teach 4th-6th graders about plants, animals and the environment. Project Wonderwise is funded by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and directed by Dr. Judy Diamond of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln - Field Museum of Natural History. United Connecticut for Women in Science, Mathematics and Engineering
From August 1994 to August 1998, Dr. Carmen R. Cid was the Principal Investigator of a National Science Foundation Grant (HRD 94-50026) Project funded by the Directorate of Human Resources - Program for Women and Girls.
