Audition dates for Two Gentlemen of Verona, the Musical, have finally been set. We have secured the participation of a professional Musical Director, Thomas Buckley to guide us through the process.
GENERAL VOCAL AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD ON:
Tues Oct. 18 6:00pm-10:00pm
Wed Oct. 19 7:00pm-10:00pm
We will be scheduling auditions in groups of 5 per each 20-minute time-slot. Please sign up for a slot.
GENERAL VOCAL AUDITION SIGN-UP SHEETS will be posted on my office door, FAIC 225.
TEXT & DANCE AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD ON:
Thursday Oct. 20.
While all cast members will be expected to sing and dance, there are a few roles that are primarily non-singing roles, and we are planning to cast a principal dance ensemble. Dance auditions will occur on Thursday between 7:30 & 9. People who audition on Tues or Wed may be asked to attend the Dance audition on Thursday. But, if you primarily wish to be considered for the Dance ensemble, please sign up on that list. “Text” readings will be scheduled on Thursday between 7pm & 9:30 pm. Some people who audition on Tues or Wed will be asked at the end of their session to attend the “Readings” session. There is no need to sign up for this session. (Not being asked to attend this session does not mean that you are not being considered for a principal role).
The DANCE ENSEMBLE AUDITION SIGN-UP SHEET will be posted on the Movement Studio Door (FAIC 219).
FINAL CALL BACKS for Principal Roles will be scheduled on another day/time tbd.
