  • Poor eye contact

  • Self destructive behaviors
  • Sadness / despondency
  • Crying spells
  • Sexual indiscretion
  • Poor academic performance
  • Family concerns (student initiated)
  • Stalking
  • Noticeable Weight gain or loss
  • Sudden decline in academic performance
  • Disrespect of others needs or property
  • Being ostracized
  • Substance abuse / violence
  • Anxious or agitated manner
  • Negative impact due to absenteeism
  • Depressed appearance
