At 10:00 AM, on Monday, June 13, 2011 in the Student Center Theater, there will be an very important informational session for all SUOAF members. The session will be led by Jim LoMonaco and will focus on the Memorandum of Agreement reached late last week between SUOAF and the CSUS Board of Trustees - see the attached agreement. You will be voting on this agreement as Part II of the upcoming SEBAC TA vote. Your E-Board urges everyone to attend this critical final meeting before we vote.
Many of you have asked, "When are we going to vote?" "How will we vote?" We now have an answer for you - Voting will begin next Wednesday and continue through the following Monday. The voting will be via electronic voting, administered by a trusted 3rd party vendor who has wide experience in online voting for unions. AAUP has used this vendor for a number of years with excellent results. Be assured that this will be a totally secret ballot with all of the proper provisions for privacy and security in place.
