Please note that there are changes in the payment structure, and the tentative program of activities from annual meetings that have been held in the past . Please fill out the form and send along with your payment to Eastern Secretary John Bazin by Monday, June 7, 2010 in the Student Center, room 224G to reserve your spot(s).
