In order to better serve the campus community, Media Services is issuing the following information related to

Audio-Visual service requests;

Please submit Audio/Visual equipment and setup service requests directly to our Media Services email account: Requests should be submitted at least one week in advance for all campus facilities,

with the exception of the Student Center.

Student Center facility requests should be emailed directly

Depending on the nature of the support request, a staff member from Media Services or the Student Center may

contact you for additional details. All requests will be confirmed via email.

Please submit requests for weekend AV services and all video production requests at least two weeks in advance,

to ensure that adequate personnel and equipment are available for your event.

If your event is cancelled or moved please notify us know as soon as possible.

Please email directional signage and banner requests to at least two weeks in advance.

Please contact the ITS Help Desk for assistance with the fixed multimedia projection equipment in Eastern classrooms and labs.
