Event Support

Media Services provides audio and visual support for large events and conferences on Eastern’s campus. Some of the services we provide are:

  • Audio Amplification
  • Multimedia Equipment Setup & Support
  • AV Technical Staffing
  • Parking Signs

To schedule support for one of your events, please send an email to mediaservices@easternct.edu at least 1 week in advance. For video recording services or A/V Support for a weekend event, please contact us 2 weeks in advance. It may also be helpful for you to use our A/V Event Planning Request Form. Feel free to print it out, complete it and bring it to the production meeting that we set up to discuss your event.

  • Student Center facility and AV requests should be submitted directly to the Student Center staff at their email address:stuctrmedia@easternct.edu.
  • Depending on the nature of the request, a staff member from Media Services and/or the Student Center may contact you to obtain additional event information. All service requests will be confirmed via email. If your event is cancelled or moved, please notify us as soon as possible.
