The Board of Regents has made Blackboard Learn available as a replacement for Blackboard Vista. During the Spring 2013 term, both services will be available for faculty to choose from. Students should communicate with their individual professors to determine which system, if any, will be used for their courses.

Vista is the old system. If your professor has not told you they are using Learn, then they are using Vista by default, if they are using anything at all.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All courses will appear in Blackboard Learn whether Faculty choose to use them or not. Students should not assume a blank course in Learn means a professor is not using online course material. They may still have material in Vista.

The Vista service will be shutdown at the conclusion of the Spring 2013 term.
