Help Desk adds communication options
“Tech Talk” provides yet another means of contact and communication between the community and the Help Desk. To use it, students or faculty/staff can open a web browser on either their phone or a computer and navigate to Eastern’s main webpage. From there, users can select “Current Students” and then “Help Desk”. Then select the option “Tech Talk”. Once specific information about an issue is completed, instantly an active chat window opens to a Help Desk representative to troubleshoot the issue.
