Spring 2012 Opening Information

Welcome to Eastern Housing!

We are pleased that you have been assigned to Eastern housing. If you are not planning to live on campus, please follow the cancellation instructions at the following link: Cancellation Instructions

All students are required to have a meningitis vaccination and provide documentation to Health Services that vaccination has occurred prior to moving on campus.  You can make arrangements with Health Services at (860) 465-5263 to receive the vaccination upon your arrival. Students who have not met this requirement will not be permitted to move on campus until documentation is submitted to Health Services or the vaccination has been administered.

Move In Day - Check In Times

If you have not picked up your Eastern ID or your Eastern front door fob, please visit the Card services office on the second floor of Wood Support Services during regular business hours.

During the check in period at your hall, your keys will be issued.  There are also mandatory hall meetings scheduled in each hall. Meeting times and locations will be posted in the respective halls on move in day.
