My Account - Tuition / Deposits & Payments
• When is payment due?
Fall Term: July 15th	Spring Term: December 31st
Winter and Summer Sessions: Upon registration for class
• How will I be notified that payment is due?
Each semester a paper bill is mailed to the official mailing address of all registered students. We also notify you by email when your bill has been mailed out. It is extremely important that you check your Eastern email account for messages from the Bursar/Cashier Office.
• Can I view my account on online?
You can view your account by going to Eastern's homepage and click on Current Students. Select the eWeb Online option. Log in with your ID and PIN. Once you log in you can view your student account and financial aid information as well as make credit card payment and deposits.
• Can I pay my bill in installments?
We offer an installment payment program, TuitionPay Plan, from Sallie Mae. Traditional full time students can spread their annual tuition, fees, room and board over 10 installments. The first installment is due June 1st. You can still apply after June 1st but will have to pay any missed installments at the time you apply. The deadline for application is the first day of classes. You can enroll online or call 800-635-0120. If your first semester is the Spring Term, you can still enroll in a 5 pay installment plan. The first installment is due November 1st. We also offer special installment programs for part-time and FasTrack students. Please contact TuitionPay for more details.
• Can I pay my deposits and tuition payments with a credit card?
You can make an online credit card payment or deposit by going to Eastern's home page and click on Current Students. Select the eWeb Online option. Log in with your ID number and PIN. Select Student Services and then Student Accounts. Choose credit card payments or deposits and select the correct term. Please note: we do not take credit card payments over the phone. If someone else wants to pay your bill using a credit card, you will have to give them access to your account by signing on for them.
