There are four ways to obtain copies of your academic transcripts:
By-Web log onto E-Web: Eastern’s Online Services using your Eastern ID and PIN. This option is for official transcripts only and is available to those students who have attended since Spring 1989.
In-person at the Registrar’s Office, Wood Support Service Center
By-mail to: Registrar’s Office, Eastern Connecticut State University, 83 Windham Street, Willimantic, CT 06226-2295
By-Fax at 860-465-4382
Students who have attended since Spring 1989 may also view their academic record online by logging onto E-Web, Eastern’s Online Services
Effective Fall 2005, ECSU no longer charges a processing fee when requesting a transcript.
All transcript requests are sent out as first class mail.
Please include the following information for all request methods except the web:
- Your Name
- Your Social Security Number and/or Eastern ID
- Dates of Attendance and/or Graduation Date
- Name and Address of where you wish transcript sent
- Number of transcripts to be sent
Signature: Sign your request. Your signature is required to release your transcript.
