Resources for Students

In an effort to help guide the success of completing judicial imposed sanctions the Office of Judicial Affairs has published numerous documents, forms, and informational packets for students.  These published documents can either be picked up in the Judicial Affairs Office in Wood Support Services, Room 246 or by downloading the forms below.

 Academic Integrity Workshop:     Academic integrity is an essential component to academic success and ethics.  Students who want to know more about the Academic Misconduct Policy are encouraged to visit http://www.easternct.edu/smithlibrary/ library1/plagiarism/ and review the excellent resources there. in addition, students may take a free Academic Integrity Workshop by contacting the Judicial Office or by clicking on the link above.
Student Judicial Forms/Documents:

Community Restitution Agencies Database: A database of acceptable non-profit agencies that are accepted by the Office of Judicial Affairs for community restitution hours.  (Community Restitution Agencies Database) 

Community Restitution Verification Form: This form is used for verification that a student has completed their community restitution hours at a judicial sanctioned/approved agencies.  The form requires the signature of both the student and volunteer coordinator of the agency where the restitution hours were completed.  ***Please note, that the community service requirement for living on campus is different from community restitution hours - This form must be turned in to the Judicial Affairs office by the set due date determined by the University Judicial Officer *** (Community Restitution Verification Form)
