Kimberly Armstrong Silcox, J.D.
University Judicial Officer

Kimberly Armstrong Silcox serves as the University
Judicial Officer at Eastern Connecticut State University and oversees the
operations and administration of the Office of Judicial Affairs and the
University Judicial process.
Prior to arriving at Eastern in 1998, Silcox practiced
law in Baltimore, Maryland for 12 years in the area of insurance defense
litigation. As the University Judicial Officer, she coordinates the judicial
system on campus, as well as providing education and referral for students in
the area of Substance Abuse Prevention, mediation services, academic integrity training and
community service.
In addition, she coordinates the Windham/Eastern
Community Action Network, a campus-community coalition addressing alcohol
consumption and other related issues affecting students and local residents.
Ms. Silcox has been a lecturer on A.O.D. issues, conflict resolution, academic
integrity and Student Codes of Conduct, and and has been an instructor on Law and Higher
Education in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of
Connecticut.
