The Office of Planning and Institutional Research is responsible for the development and maintenance of accurate, timely and unbiased, research-based information which is used to support the University's various strategic planning and policy development initiatives. Our services are not only available to university administrators, faculty and students but to any individual, group or agency outside of the university. The mission of Planning and Institutional Research in the University is to provide information in support of planning, strategic development and decision making; to serve as facilitator, advocate and catalyst for University planning and service quality improvement; to conduct external reporting; to coordinate University assessment activities; and to complete necessary ad hoc studies.
