Welcome to the Office of Planning and Institutional Research at Eastern Connecticut State University!

The Office of Planning and Institutional Research is responsible for the development, maintenance, and timely reporting of accurate, unbiased, research-based data and information used to support the University’s programs, policy initiatives, public outreach, and strategic planning processes. 

In addition to the support services we provide to administrators, faculty, staff and students of Eastern Connecticut State University, our services are available to the public, federal and state agencies, the Connecticut State University System Office and Board of Trustees.
