The Office of Human Resources is a service organization that supports and enhances the University’s vision to become Connecticut’s public liberal arts University by providing services and programs that attract, develop, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce, and by advocating a work environment where the contribution of each employee is recognized and where every individual is treated fairly and equitably.
