Channel # 22, an educational channel on the Willimantic area Charter Communications cable television franchise, is operated and managed by Eastern Connecticut State University’s Media Services department.
The purpose of this channel is to :
- Provide educational and informational resources to the ECSU community of faculty, staff, and students.
- To inform the Willimantic community of University activities and events.
This 24 hour channel features University produced programs, special events, presentations, educational content, international news broadcasts, and a weekly compilation of international classic arts performances. All programming is consistent with the University’s mission and has been selected to support ECSU’s academic programs.

The University reserves the right to pre-empt and/or cancel any published programs.
ECSU community members who are interested in producing and distributing video programs that are not connected to the curriculum and community members who are not affiliated with ECSU are encouraged to contact their local cable franchise.
