Application process:   (Trip MUST BE paid in full by March 1, 2009)

3. Health Insurance Form.

4. A payment of no less than $1000.00* with the application, which will confirm your registration in the program, flight reservations, and accomodations in Spain.  You may pay the total cost of the program as follows:

a) $3,800.00* with application, or

b) $1,000.00* with application, $1,400.00* by February 1, 2009* and $1,400.00* by March 1, 2009*.  (any student not paid IN FULL by March 1, 2009 will not be allowed to travel to Spain with this program).

Variable amounts of financial aid may be available to you through the institution you are affiliated with.  ECSU students are advised to consult with Mona Lucas, Director of Financial Aid (465-5205).

5. A copy of your passport's front pages.  These pages show your photo, signature, dates of issue and expiration, passport number, name, and date of birth. Mail/bring it to us as soon possible.  If you still don't have a passport, you must obtain one immediately.  Applications are available at any post office, and the process takes 3 to 4 weeks (or more).

6. If you will not travel with the group from Boston to Alicante and back on the scheduled dates:  May, 29, 2009 and June 27, 2009, we need a written statement of your traveling plans indicating departure and return dates.

Individual arrangements can be made for traveling on dates of your choice, but if you make the arrangements through our program, the departure and destination point (Boston and Alicante) cannot be changed.

It is essential that the application process is completed as soon as possible so that we know the exact number of participants well ahead of time to secure the best accomodations available, and can make detailed plans for transportation to, and in Spain. I urge you to submit all the required items promptly and start making preparations for the trip. We will communicate with you further between now and the take off time to ensure that you are ready for the experience. Meantime, we welcome you to our program and look forward to sharing with you a productive and fun time in Spain.  Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the program or need help completing your application.

ˇHasta Pronto!
