Have you seen the Clear Case Computer!

We Make Computers Crystal Clear

CIT built a computer using plexi-glass casing for a stylish see-through look at how the computer works inside. Neon lights were installed to add some flare and make it easy to find in the dark.

The whole project took six hours to build and cost less than the average price for a comparable PC made by big name manufacturers. White cloth gloves were used during the process to prevent smudges on the inside. The results are a crystal clear view of the inner workings of the computer.

If you haven't seen it already, you have to get up here.

Not Just for Show
This machine is not just a show piece, it also a real performer. It has all the current top of the line features, like a 2.4 Gig P4 Intel Pentium Processor, and a 128 MB video card able to support 3D rendering and other video applications. A 17 inch flat panel monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse complete the system.

Step by Step Follow the Process
We have an animation of the process. You can check it out here or run it from the machine itself right in CIT! If you're curious about how things work inside your computer, then come down and take a look. We'll be happy to explain what you see. Watch the animation (9 MB)
