David has been involved in the computing area for the past 13
years. During these years, he has provided support for
software, hardware, networking, and Internet/Intranet.
He has performed analysis, design, and implementation of hardware
and software systems and installed specific applications for
unique user groups. He has also designed and implemented networks
for new building installations and worked to support both, public
higher education, and private non-educational institutions.

Kevin joined the ITS staff here at Eastern in
December of 1999 as a University Assistant working in the Webb
Hall 410 General Purpose Computer Lab. During 2001, he
assumed his current duties as WWW Project Lead. As a
member of CIT his duties include providing support for the
Faculty in a multitude of areas. He have been involved
in many CIT projects, including the award-winning Passport
to Technology CD and the ECSU Faculty Computing News TidBITS
newsletter.

Michael joined the CIT staff and the Eastern
Community in 2001 coming from a variety of IT and marketing
departments. He brings with him extensive knowledge of graphics,
photography, and web development, as well as technical skills
for the support of desktops, users, and various software and
hardware systems. His time spent in marketing gives him the
ability to consult on desktop publishing, marketing material
design, and copy editing.

Nelson has been a part of the ITS team for the past twenty
years. He has experience in Networking, Telecommunications,
Infrastructure Design and Desktop Support. In his current
position within CIT Steve is responsible for the development
of technology which is used in the instructional computer
facilities and general computer labs within Webb Hall. |
