The ECSU Foundation Inc. Competitive Scholarship
awards are based on merit and in many cases,
unmet financial need. They do not need to be
repaid. The Competitive Scholarship process
is now coordinated by the Office of Institutional
Advancement. To apply for a 2009-10 Competitive
