The Dean's Cup

Eastern is full of tradition and history, this year will mark the beginning of a new tradition. A year-long competition between first year residence halls will determine which hall has the greatest amount of Eastern spirit and pride!

This year’s Cup will be determined by participation in the following events.

• Hall with the highest percentage of students at the Block Party
• Hall with the highest cumulative GPA at the beginning of the Spring Semester
• Greatest Percentage Attendance at the Arts & Lecture Series Events
  • Mel Johnson Jr.- February 12
  • Poncho Sanchez- March 6
• First Hall with 100% Completion of the Community Service Requirement December 9 & March 14
• Most Blood Donated at the Spring Blood Drive February 19-21 & April 22 & 23
• Hall with the highest percentage of students at the Spring Career Fair March 5
• Dean’s Fund- Hall that raises the most money for the No Freeze Center Deadline, April 25
• Hall Olympics- Sunday May 4
