Teaching evaluation
Dear Cooperating Teacher,
Thank you so much for assisting our Young Educators Society member this year. I would appreciate it if you would review the form below and keep it in mind as you work with your Young Educators Society assistant.
Members may assist you with many tasks including: giving individual tests (spelling), bulletin boards, tutoring, computer work, reading to students, playing educational games, arts and crafts, etc.
In December, members should begin choosing a topic for a lesson that they may teach to your class. The lesson should fit with your curriculum. I will be available to help the student with ideas, references, and some materials.
**********
Please fill out this form and discuss it with your Young Educators Society assistant in January and May. These objectives do not all have to be met each year. They are a guide to assess the member’s progress. Your patient support will make this student’s experience a rewarding one.
