This site will explain each dynasty in some detail and is fairly simple to understand. The site does a good job of giving the times that each dynasty covered and a brief description of what each dynasty was about.

This site is really neat, especially for t he kids. It is an Encarta site that talks about the dynasties and also has so many different sites that can be easily accessed.
