Upcoming Events

Fred Ashton invites us to participate in a special Read Across America celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday on Tuesday, March 2, 1999.  Fred is looking for volunteers to visit Horace W. Porter in Columbia and read a favorite book.  If you would like to volunteer for a Dr. Seuss rading, at a time convenient for you on March 2, please call Fred or Ms. Rondini at 228-9493.

"We have been receiving some job openings for teaching for the next academic years with January and February deadlines. Please suggest students visit our offices and view our job postings or listen to our 24 hour job line.  We will be open starting next week on Tuesday eves until 6 30 p.m."

Teacher Assistants in the PK-12 Schools - stipended experiences for students who have the skills to take on supportive roles in educational technology in the schools.

Paid internships - full-time graduate assistantships for students seeking certification.

Service learning experience with the 4-H LIFT progam at Windham Middle School.
